Our proposal is a passionate dedication to the recipes of the past, the traditional Roman and Lazio cuisine, skilfully combining the finest ingredients from our Region.
Our effort is aimed at maintaining the simplicity and authenticity of tradition, always preferring seasonal products.
Starting from appetizers like the "alici in concia", or the "polpettine di tonno con spadellata di pachino", to switch to the first courses with the classic carbonara with organic eggs or the home-made spelt gnocchi and fettuccine pasta.
Among our second courses, the traditional "coda alla vaccinara" and the "saltimbocca" are not to be missed, but we also suggest that you try the renowned "baccalà" and much more.
The desserts are all homemade. Try the "crostata di ricotta e visciole", a timeless myth of the Roman tradition, or the "semifreddo", the Roman trifle and the tiramisu.
